The operator is primarily responsible for manually stacking boxes on pallets according to specific patterns prior to shipping. Additional duties include loading ice-packed poultry onto trucks and ensuring labels are correctly positioned.
Candidates should ideally have a high school diploma and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to work in cold environments and adhere to strict safety and animal welfare guidelines.
