The Event Site Manager develops comprehensive build and install plans for live events by collaborating with sales and technical teams. They manage client communications, project timelines, and vendor quotes from the preliminary concept stage through final execution.
Candidates need 5-10 years of experience in installation and project management, specifically within construction, architectural signage, or experiential marketing. Proficiency in CAD software (Rhino, AutoCAD, etc.) and the ability to travel frequently are required.

Job Overview
The Event Site Manager is a key member of the experienced and solution-driven Solutions Group team. This role will work closely with the Sales team to support opportunities from an informational and concept development perspective. Using their strong industry experience and technical knowledge, he/she manages internal and external project expectations from the preliminary opportunity stages through completion. The conclusion of the Event Site Managers' efforts yields a fully defined build and install plan for the internal project teams to execute and deliver. In some instances, the Event Site Manager will be responsible for managing a project from start to finish. This is not a commission-based role.
