Coordinates product initiatives and manages roadmaps to ensure the timely delivery of value-added digital features. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and analyzes user insights to drive continuous product improvement.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 0-2 years of experience. Candidates should have a basic understanding of Agile, the product lifecycle, and software development processes.

Years of Experience : 0-2
Qualification / Major of Study :
· Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, HIS, MIS, or relevant fields
· Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies
· Strong communication and collaboration skills
· Basic understanding of Product Lifecycle
· Basic understanding of Agile Methodologies
· Good understanding of UI/UX concepts is a plus
· Prior internships or experience in product management or business analysis is a strong plus
· Basic understanding of UI Design and Design tools (Figma or other tools) is a plus
Professional Certifications : Any relevant certification is a plus.
Industry Experience (Sector) : HealthCare Technology is preferred.
