Conduct a comprehensive safeguarding gap and needs analysis across War Child's fundraising member offices to identify risks and strengths. Provide actionable, prioritized recommendations to enhance safeguarding effectiveness and compliance with legal and best-practice standards.
Proven expertise in safeguarding within an INGO structure and experience conducting organizational audits or gap analyses. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of legal, regulatory, and fundraising-specific safeguarding frameworks are required.
