The Business Analyst will analyze business problems and translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements for technology-driven solutions. They will support the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery and process improvement to testing and benefits realization.
Candidates should have two to four years of experience in business analysis with strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with legal technology platforms or professional certifications are desired.
We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst to join our Innovation and Legal Technology Delivery team within a dynamic law firm environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to develop a career in legal tech, working at the intersection of business change and technology. In this role, you will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements by eliciting, reviewing, and confirming information to support meaningful technology driven solutions.
You will play a key role in investigating business problems and opportunities in depth, identifying root causes and ensuring that solutions address underlying issues rather than symptoms. This role is ideal for someone who has experience across the full end-to-end lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to delivery and continuous improvement. Supporting initiatives of varying size and complexity, you will collaborate with Senior Business Analysts on more complex workstreams while also contributing independently, helping to drive innovation and deliver measurable value across the firm.
