The Equipment Operator will operate heavy machinery such as loaders and bulldozers to support sustainable waste processing and organic material recycling. Responsibilities also include performing equipment maintenance, safety inspections, and managing composting system operations.
Candidates must have hands-on experience operating heavy equipment in agriculture, construction, or landscaping. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and a strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.

Do you want your work to have a real impact on the environment? We're seeking a dedicated Equipment Operator to join our composting operations team in Arthur, ON. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate a range of heavy equipment that directly supports sustainable waste processing and organic material recycling. From bulldozers to portable grinders, your work will play a vital part in creating eco-friendly outcomes every day.
We are looking for full time candidates on the day shift (Mon-Thurs, 5am - 3:30pm), reporting to the Compost Shift Supervisor. The starting rate is $26.00/hr moving to $28.26/hr after 1 year of service.
