Responsible for the stable operation and development of the data center and application landscape, focusing on virtual server infrastructure and Windows Server systems. Tasks include troubleshooting application errors, managing load balancing solutions, and optimizing system performance and availability.
Requires extensive experience in Windows Server administration and a strong understanding of complex application landscapes and distributed web applications. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (IIS, SQL Server, Failover Clusters) and monitoring tools is essential, with programming knowledge in .NET or C# being an advantage.
Als Mitglied des Infrastrukturteams übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle im stabilen Betrieb und in der Weiterentwicklung unserer Rechenzentrums- und Applikationslandschaft. Sie unterstützen den Betrieb einer umfangreichen virtualisierten Umgebung mit rund 200 VMware Hosts und etwa 1.200 virtuellen Systemen.
Ein besonderer Fokus Ihrer Tätigkeit liegt auf der Betreuung und Optimierung der virtuellen Serverinfrastruktur mit aktuell mehr als 400 Servern sowie auf der Administration, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung von Windows Server-Systemen in einer Umgebung mit über 70 physischen Hosts.
Sie verfügen über fundierte Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows Server-Umgebungen und bringen ein gutes technisches Verständnis für den Betrieb komplexer Applikationslandschaften mit.
Idealerweise bringen Sie folgende Kenntnisse mit:
Entwicklerkenntnisse, insbesondere in .NET, C# oder C++, sind von Vorteil, beispielsweise zur Unterstützung bei Codereviews oder technischen Analysen.
