The Program Supervisor leads front-line staff in the delivery of safe, effective client care while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and quality management standards. They are responsible for staff supervision, program planning, client intake assessments, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
Candidates must possess a post-secondary diploma in a health or social science discipline and at least 5 years of experience in community-based care, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in MS Office, a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle, and First Aid/CPR certification are required.
