The Registered Practical Nurse will provide holistic, person-centred care to clients in their homes, clinics, and the community. Responsibilities include conducting physical assessments, managing medications, performing wound care, and providing palliative and chronic disease support.
Candidates must be licensed as a Registered Practical Nurse in the province of practice and possess a valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle. A satisfactory Criminal Records Check and potential Vulnerable Sector Search are required for employment.

About the role:

Our Visiting nurses provide client care in the client’s own home. They provide physical assessments, symptom control support, palliative care, rehabilitation therapy, wound care, education, counselling to individuals and families and much more.
