Deliver holistic, person-centred nursing care to a diverse patient population within homes, clinics, and community settings. Responsibilities include conducting client assessments, managing chronic diseases, and providing specialized treatments such as wound care and IV therapy.
Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the province of practice with a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and insurance. A satisfactory criminal record check and the ability to wear PPE are also required.
