You'll be focused in

• Managing creative production workflows across Brand, Marketing & Communications, ensuring campaigns and creative assets are delivered on time and with high quality.
• Coordinating campaign assets across digital channels, social media, website, events and internal communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with business priorities.
• Translating communication and campaign briefs into clear plans, timelines and deliverables, while improving processes, templates and production routines to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Managing external agencies, suppliers and creative partners, acting as the primary point of contact throughout project planning, execution and delivery.
• Reviewing agency proposals, creative concepts, content plans and production outputs, ensuring quality, consistency and alignment with brand standards.
• Challenging agency recommendations when needed, providing constructive feedback and ensuring that creative solutions effectively support campaign objectives and communication goals.
• Monitoring agency performance, helping maintain high standards of delivery, responsiveness, quality and cost efficiency.
• Managing the social media content workflow together with external partners, including content calendars, asset planning, approvals and publishing readiness.
• Ensuring all creative outputs are aligned with approved briefs, brand guidelines, campaign objectives and agreed timelines.
• Supporting website, social media, photo/video and campaign production activities, ensuring consistent execution across channels
• Use AI and digital tools to increase speed, quality and efficiency optimize creative operations, streamline workflows and improve overall team productivity.

 

In order to succeed, you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Marketing Operations, Design Production or a similar role.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors and external creative partners.
• Solid understanding of branding, digital marketing, content production, social media and campaign execution.
• Strong attention to detail and creative judgement, with the ability to evaluate creative quality and ensure brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with structure and ownership.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence challenging recommendations and providing constructive feedback.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
