You will conduct daily experiments at the laboratory and pilot scale to accelerate product development. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining equipment, managing raw materials, and ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and documentation standards.
Candidates should have 1-2 years of practical experience in food production or laboratory settings and hold a relevant qualification such as BTA, CTA, or food technology certification. Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2) is required, along with a structured and solution-oriented approach.

Deine Mission als unser Lab Technician wird es sein, unseren Durchsatz in der Produktentwicklung zu beschleunigen, indem du tägliche Versuche im Labor- und Pilotmaßstab durchführst. Diese Rolle ist das operative Rückgrat unseres Labors. Du bist verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung von Zutaten, die Probenverarbeitung sowie die Einhaltung hoher Sauberkeitsstandards.
