The Maintenance Engineer II is responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and reliability of hotel engineering systems to ensure safe and efficient property operations. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and responding to guest maintenance requests with professionalism.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a technical or trade certification preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel engineering or a related field is required, along with proficiency in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
