Propósito principal del puesto: (Resumen)
El operario de producción es responsable por el trabajo de manufactura que se le asigna de acuerdo a las especificaciones, políticas establecidas, procedimientos, prácticas y estándares.
Principales tareas / Responsabilidades (Las más importantes primero)
Aplicar los procedimientos de manufactura, Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura y las instrucciones operativas departamentales.
Aplicar las prácticas de limpieza y mantenimiento, así como las prácticas de seguridad y procedimientos relacionados.
Cumplir con las expectativas de la empresa y su área de trabajo.
Realizar otras funciones que se le asignen.
Conocimiento / Educación
Educación Primaria completa
Buen conocimiento del idioma Español: lee, habla escribe
Preferiblemente con conocimiento en ambientes de manufactura regulados por el FDA, ISO 13485 y CFR 820 CGMPs. Experiencia en ambientes de cuarto Limpio preferiblemente
Experiencia laboral
De 0 a 2 años de experiencia laboral. Con 1 año o más de experiencia en el área de industria médica es un plus
Destrezas / Competencias
Habilidad para leer, entender y seguir hojas con especificaciones.
Habilidad para usar instrumentos de medición y herramientas manuales.
Requerimientos físicos
Capacidad moderada de doblarse, alzar, torcerse, ponerse de pie, sentarse y el uso significativo de las manos.
Capacidad de levantar 25 lb
