The FP&A Analyst will partner with program managers to oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning. They will provide forward-looking insights into program health and ensure financial discipline across the operational portfolio.
Candidates must possess an active Top-Secret clearance and experience in FP&A or program finance. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with strong Excel skills and experience supporting government or defense contracts.

The FP&A Analyst, Program Operations will serve as a key finance partner to our leadership and the operational programs team. This person will work closely with Program Managers across the portfolio to support budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, revenue planning, financial reporting, and program performance analysis.
Our Program Managers are managing multiple priorities across complex customer work, and this role exists to bring dedicated financial focus to the operational portfolio. The right person will help PMs stay ahead of program financials, identify risks early, support decision making, and provide forward looking insight into program execution.
This is not a back-office reporting role. This person will be embedded in the rhythm of the business, serving as the eyes and ears for program financial health, helping leadership understand where programs stand today and where they are headed.
Veilant is growing, and with that growth comes greater complexity across our operational programs. This role will help bring financial discipline, visibility, and forward looking insight to the program portfolio.
You will be a trusted partner to the operational team, helping Program Managers stay focused on execution while ensuring leadership has the financial clarity needed to make smart decisions. Your work will directly support program performance, customer delivery, and the continued growth of Veilant.
The salary range for this position is $94,700 to $125,000 annually for full-time status. Actual compensation within this range at Veilant is determined by numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, including experience, education, certifications, technical skills, as well as contract-specific affordability and labor categories, the scope and responsibilities of the role, market and business considerations, and geographic location.
