Koozo Commerce is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, improving order conversions, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers who have abandoned their shopping carts and encourage them to complete their purchases.
  
• Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Report) follow-ups by contacting customers, verifying their availability, and coordinating successful delivery reattempts.
  
• Conduct Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation calls to reduce order cancellations and Return-to-Origin (RTO) cases.
  
• Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide appropriate assistance to enhance customer satisfaction.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
  
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
  

Requirements

Experience in telemarketing, customer service, sales, or a similar voice process role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems.

Customer-focused with strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.

Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.

Basic computer proficiency.
