The Executive Legal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to attorneys and policy professionals, including calendar management, document preparation, and client interaction. They will also manage time entry, expense reporting, and ensure the seamless execution of daily operations within the Electric Practice Group.
Candidates must have at least three years of administrative or legal assistant experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational and communication skills are required, with a preference for experience in energy or regulatory environments.
Van Ness Feldman seeks an Executive Legal Assistant to join our exciting and ambitious Electric Practice Group team. This position will be based in our Seattle, Washington office.
This position will be an exclusively in office position with the opportunity for a hybrid role 3x a week once fully integrated and trained. This position is classified as non-exempt and subject to overtime if applicable. The working hours requirement is 37.5 hours per week.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will manage a variety of high-level administrative responsibilities, interact professionally with clients and colleagues, and help ensure the seamless execution of day-to-day operations. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and technology skills, a commitment to confidentiality, and the ability to anticipate needs and deliver outstanding support.
