Responsible for the end-to-end processing of compliant payroll for employees in Switzerland and the Netherlands. The role ensures adherence to local tax laws and social security requirements within a strict SOX-controlled environment.
Requires a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of payroll experience, specifically with Swiss and Dutch legislation. Proficiency in SAP Success Factor, ADP, and advanced Excel is required, along with fluency in English.
