Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the resort's ski lift electrical maintenance program to ensure safe and efficient operations. Manage departmental budgets, safety compliance, and the professional development of the electrical team.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 8-10 years of electrical ski lift maintenance experience, including 3 years in management. Must have deep knowledge of industrial electrical systems, safety standards like ANSI B77.1 and NFPA 70E, and the ability to work in extreme outdoor conditions.

Job Summary:
The Senior Manager – Ski Lift Maintenance (Electrical) is responsible for the strategic leadership, planning, and oversight of the resort’s ski lift electrical maintenance program. This role ensures that all aerial and surface lifts operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and manufacturer standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in ski lift electronics, proven leadership abilities, and a focus on safety, team development, and operational excellence.
