Requires a high school diploma and at least 5 years of ski school management experience, including managing at least 50 people. Must hold a PSIA/AASI membership and be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Job Summary:
The Ski & Ride School Senior Manager oversees and is responsible for the overall guest experience of the Ski andSnowboard School, and Licensed Summer Camp Activities. This is achieved through focusing on quality control of our products, financial management, teamwork, guest relations, employee development, creation and implementation of new programs and services, hiring, training and leading the management team, administrative duties and personaldevelopment and job specific responsibilities defined by the Skier Services Director.

The expected pay range is $70,944 - $93,645 +annual bouns. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
