The Neuroradiologist will interpret a comprehensive range of neuroimaging studies and perform image-guided spine and head/neck procedures. Additionally, the role involves participating in multidisciplinary case conferences and contributing to divisional quality improvement and administrative activities.
Candidates must hold an M.D. or D.O. degree and be board certified or eligible in Diagnostic Radiology with fellowship training in Neuroradiology. Eligibility for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia is also required.
The University of Virginia Health System (UVA Health) is seeking a fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist to join our Community Division. This position offers the opportunity to practice the full spectrum of neuroradiology in a collegial, supportive environment serving Prince William Hospital, Haymarket Medical Center, Culpeper Hospital, Culpeper Outpatient Imaging Center and Gainesville Outpatient Imaging Center. The role combines the advantages of a dynamic community-based practice with the academic connection and resources of a nationally recognized university health system.
The successful candidate will devote approximately 90–95% effort to clinical service and 5–10% to administrative and service activities, with flexibility to adapt as the division evolves.
The base compensation range for this role is $464,554 - $629,875 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status.
Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate’s qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
