The Research Associate will conduct research on higher education policy and social stratification using large-scale administrative data. Responsibilities include data management, producing scholarly publications, and collaborating on grant writing and project management.
A Ph.D. in Education or Social Sciences is required, along with three years of experience cleaning and analyzing state administrative data. Proficiency in Stata and a track record of publishing quantitative research in peer-reviewed journals are essential.

Purpose
The Research Associate is expected to work on research projects related to higher education policy and social stratification in higher education. The projects will require in-depth experience working with state administrative data and other largescale education data sets, including experience cleaning and merging raw data files, and a track record producing research findings of interest to policymakers, practitioners, and academic audiences.
