You will own the day-to-day brand voice across social media channels and manage community interactions. Additionally, you will conceive, produce, and analyze social-first content to drive engagement and business growth.

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who lives on the internet, understands why things get shared, and can turn "your phone plan" into something people screenshot and send to their group chat. This is a hands-on role — you're not managing a team, you're the one in the docs, in the comments, and in the edit, every day. You'll own the day-to-day voice of US Mobile across every channel, while also being fluent enough in the numbers to know whether what you posted actually moved the business.
