The Warehouse Selector is responsible for accurately selecting customer orders and building pallets while maintaining productivity and safety standards. They must also perform equipment checks and ensure products are moved and wrapped correctly for delivery.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and work in multi-temperature environments ranging from -5°F to over 100°F. Proficiency in English is required to follow safety instructions and complete reports, along with the ability to work night shifts.

JOIN OUR WAREHOUSE TEAM! Ready to build a career with a company that’s leading the foodservice industry?
Safely and accurately select customer orders.
Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
Carefully move products from racks to pallets as directed by order-selecting software and equipment.
Validate that correct product has been selected and is damage-free.
Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets, and return pallet jacks to the charging area.
Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5°F to over 100°F.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively, moving 1,000+ cases per shift.
Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, receive safety instruction, and complete reports.
Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, Sunday through Thursday (weekends and holidays as needed).
Recent experience in a physically demanding or endurance-based role preferred (e.g., sports, construction, warehouse).
Experience selecting large-scale orders or operating a motorized pallet jack preferred.
