Dans le cadre de ce contrat d’alternance, vous êtes rattaché(e) au Superviseur de notre centre d'Evry (91).
Vos missions s'articulent autour des axes suivants :
Suivi et analyse des KPI régionaux : collecte, consolidation et analyse des indicateurs de performance des centres de la région (qualité, sécurité, délais, conformité). Vous alertez en cas de dérive et proposez des mesures correctives adaptées.
Pilotage de la conformité réglementaire : veille au respect des audits légaux (hebdomadaires, mensuels, trimestriels) dans l’ensemble des centres de la région, en assurant un suivi rigoureux et une remontée d’informations vers les parties prenantes.
Mise en place et suivi de plans d’action : identification des centres non conformes aux exigences internes ou réglementaires, définition avec les responsables locaux de plans d’action correctifs, et accompagnement jusqu’à leur mise en œuvre effective.
Suivi qualité des clients sensibles ou stratégiques : en lien avec les équipes qualité et opérationnelles, vous assurez un suivi attentif des clients sous surveillance accrue (préalerte qualité), notamment des comptes à haut niveau d’exigence tels que Apple, Healthcare, LVMH, Dior, en garantissant la proactivité dans le traitement des incidents.
Suivi des indicateurs Safety : supervision des KPI liés à la sécurité, avec vérification systématique de la mise à jour des données dans tous les centres (formations, remontées d’incidents, respect des procédures), afin d’assurer un environnement de travail sûr et conforme aux standards UPS.
Conduite de projet stratégique : pilotage d’un projet de transformation opérationnelle au sein du centre de livraison. Structuration, coordination des parties prenantes, suivi des étapes clés et mise en œuvre de solutions pour améliorer la performance.

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+3 à Bac+5 en transport ou logistique
Vous avez un excellent esprit d’analyse et vous êtes très organisé(e)
