The role involves correcting midterms, group projects, and assignments for the Management Control Systems course. The corrector is responsible for applying grading rubrics and providing structured feedback to students.
Candidates must have a strong understanding of Management Control Systems, a minimum CGPA of 7.0, and a grade of A- or higher in ADM 4345. Experience as a Teaching Assistant and familiarity with online delivery tools like Microsoft Teams are considered assets.

Correcting midterms, group projects and assignments
Minimum qualifications
Strong understanding of Management Control Systems
Ability to apply grading rubrics and provide clear, structured feedback
Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage workload efficiently
Minimum C.G.P.A. of 7.0;
Minimum grade of A- in ADM 4345 or its equivalent;
Experience with Teaching Assistant
Experience with online course delivery considered an asset
Experience with online videoconferencing environment considered an asset (ex. Microsoft Teams)
Comments
Preference will be given to higher grades;
Preference will be given to candidates who have previously been teaching assistants or markers for this course
Preference will be given to candidates enrolled in Telfer programs
Preference will be given to candidates who have already been markers for ADM 4345 (or equivalent)
among candidates within the same hiring priority;
Candidates on short list may be interviewed by course professor/coordinator.
Please note that the posted hours could be increased by 10% to 30% due to registration.
Please note should the course be online, you will be required to have access to a computer, internet, microphone and webcam.
Contract hours may be reallocated among different tasks, which the professor may adjust over the course of the semester.
Must be located in Ottawa for the entire duration of the course (with the exception of official University holidays), including through the grading of the final exam and calculation of final grades by the professor.
