The Data Coordinator maintains constituent records and ensures data integrity to support fundraising, alumni engagement, and operational processes. They also prepare data files, perform quality audits, and collaborate with internal partners to improve organizational workflows.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, with an associate's degree preferred, and experience with CRM systems or databases. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong attention to detail are essential for this role.

The UND Alumni Association & Foundation is seeking a Data Coordinator to help ensure the quality and integrity of the information that powers our fundraising, alumni engagement, events, and constituent services.
In this role, you'll maintain and update constituent records, support recurring operational processes, prepare reports and data files, collaborate with colleagues across the organization, and help improve workflows that make our work more effective. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service will play an important role in strengthening relationships with alumni and donors.Statement: In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. This position does not support Visa sponsorship for continued employment.
The Data Coordinator provides operational data support for assigned programs and departments across the UND Alumni Association & Foundation. This position maintains constituent information, supports recurring operational processes, performs data quality activities, and helps ensure organizational data remains accurate, reliable, and consistent with established standards.
Working closely with the Operations Data Specialist and internal partners, the Data Coordinator supports assigned operational areas while contributing to excellent customer service, reliable data stewardship, and continuous operational improvement.
Assignments may include support for fundraising, alumni engagement, membership programs, events, constituent services, gift processing, or other operational areas as organizational needs evolve.
DATA MANAGEMENT & QUALITY
PROGRAM & OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
CONSTITUENT & INTERNAL PARTNER SUPPORT
Education: High school diploma required. Associate's degree in Business, Information Management,
Communications, or related field preferred. Equivalent education and experience may
substitute.
Experience: Experience with CRM systems, databases, or similar software.
Experience performing data entry, reconciliation, or quality-control activities.
Microsoft Office proficiency with emphasis on Excel.
Preferred: Salesforce experience.
Nonprofit, higher education, fundraising, alumni, athletics, or membership experience.
Ability to operate computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment. Ability to focus and complete work in a timely manner. Ability to travel independently via car and air. Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, squat, and lift or move objects up to 10 pounds.
