In this purpose-driven role, you'll serve as a compassionate, knowledgeable lifeline-connecting individuals and families to essential services like food, housing, and healthcare through phone, text, and chat. Offering a salary of $35,000–$36,000 plus an outstanding benefits package-including healthcare, strong retirement contributions, and paid time off-this position combines stability with flexibility, featuring multiple shift options to support work-life balance.
