Unit4 w Polsce zajmuje się rozwojem systemów klasy ERP i HR, sprzedawanych pod wspólną marką TETA. Firma oferuje system TETA HR, będący liderem na rynku HR kadrowo-płacowym, oraz TETA ERP - system zorientowany na ludzi, który automatyzuje bieżącą pracę na rzecz sprawniejszych działań strategicznych.
Dyrektor/Dyrektorka ds. Zarządzania Produktem (Head of Product Management) odpowiada za realizację strategii produktowej w ramach portfolio systemów ERP oraz zapewnienie efektywnego dostarczania produktów we ścisłej współpracy z zespołami Rozwoju Oprogramowania (Engineering) oraz Operacji Chmurowych (Cloud Operations / DevOps).
Stanowisko odgrywa kluczową rolę w synchronizacji rozwoju produktów z nowoczesnym, skalowalnym, bezpiecznym i niezawodnym modelem dostarczania usług w chmurze (SaaS oraz rozwiązania hybrydowe ERP).
1. Zarządzanie portfolio produktowym
Nadzór nad portfolio systemów obejmującym Kadry i Płace (HR & Payroll), Finanse i Księgowość, Logistykę oraz podstawowe moduły ERP oraz systemy dla szkolnictwa wyższego. Odpowiedzialność za spójność architektury i doświadczenia użytkownika pomiędzy produktami, skalowalność rozwiązań, integrację pomiędzy modułami i dostosowanie rozwoju produktów do możliwości platformy chmurowej.
2. Realizacja strategii produktowej
Przekładanie strategii produktowej na konkretne plany rozwoju i roadmapy produktowe. Priorytetyzacja inicjatyw w oparciu o:

Zarządzanie i rozwój zespołu Product Managerów oraz Product Ownerów. Budowanie i wdrażanie najlepszych praktyk w zakresie:

Ścisła współpraca z CTO, zespołami Engineering, zespołami Cloud Operations / DevOps. Zapewnienie zgodności pomiędzy roadmap produktową a możliwościami infrastruktury chmurowej, procesami wdrożeniowymi (CI/CD) oraz procesami zarządzania wydaniami.
Współodpowiedzialność za decyzje dotyczące transformacji produktów do modelu SaaS, architektury wielodostępnej (multi-tenancy), skalowalności i dostępności systemów, realizacji zobowiązań SLA oraz wydajności, monitoringu i obserwowalności systemów.
Dbałość o właściwą równowagę pomiędzy rozwojem nowych funkcjonalności, niezawodnością i dostępnością systemów oraz bezpieczeństwem i zgodnością regulacyjną.
5. Zrozumienie potrzeb klientów i rynku
Budowanie dogłębnej wiedzy na temat potrzeb użytkowników systemów HR i płacowych, dyrektorów finansowych i działów księgowości, zespołów operacyjnych i logistycznych oraz administracji uczelni wyższych. Systematyczne pozyskiwanie i wykorzystywanie informacji zwrotnych klientów w celu doskonalenia produktów i platform technologicznych.
6. Zgodność regulacyjna i prawna
Zapewnienie zgodności produktów, szczególnie w obszarze kadr i płac, wymogów podatkowych i obowiązków sprawozdawczych. Koordynacja szybkiego wdrażania zmian wynikających z nowych przepisów prawa. Zapewnienie zgodności wymagań regulacyjnych z wymaganiami środowisk chmurowych, w szczególności dotyczącymi lokalizacji danych, bezpieczeństwa informacji oraz standardów compliance.
7. Zarządzanie produktem w oparciu o dane
Monitorowanie i analiza wykorzystania funkcjonalności, adopcji rozwiązań chmurowych, wskaźników wydajności systemów oraz wskaźników niezawodności i jakości usług. Wykorzystywanie danych produktowych i operacyjnych do podejmowania decyzji biznesowych oraz określania priorytetów rozwoju.
8. Wsparcie rozwoju biznesu i transformacji SaaS
Współpraca z zespołami Sprzedaży i Marketingu w zakresie pozycjonowania rozwiązań SaaS i cloud, tworzenia modeli ofertowych, definiowania pakietów produktowych i budowy modeli cenowych. Wspieranie transformacji klientów z modeli on-premise do rozwiązań chmurowych.
Stanowisko raportuje bezpośrednio do Dyrektora Zarządzającego i odpowiada za całościowe zarządzanie strategią oraz rozwojem portfolio produktowego firmy.
