Provide Level 2 production support for business applications and batch jobs while ensuring SLA compliance. Responsibilities include monitoring applications, troubleshooting incidents, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams for resolution.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in application support with hands-on skills in Python, Shell scripting, SQL, and Linux/Unix. Knowledge of JBOSS, MariaDB, and banking industry exposure is considered a plus.
