The role involves overall technical responsibility and leadership of the Engineering department, managing approximately 25-30 employees. Key duties include steering technical offer processing, supporting management on technical issues, and representing the company's technical expertise internally and externally.
Candidates must be Civil Engineers with significant practical construction experience and a proven track record in leadership and complex project management. Strong communication skills, business acumen, and proficiency in CAD and MS Office are essential.
