About Your Role:
·Lead and support a team of electrical tradespeople in a collaborative and safety-first environment.
·Plan and deliver projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation.
·Prepare quotes, inspection reports, and work plans to ensure smooth project execution.
·Manage resources, materials, and equipment to meet deadlines and safety standards.
·Mentor and develop team members to help them grow and succeed.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is not only technically skilled but also a great communicator and team leader. You’ll bring:
·Experience in a Leading Hand or Foreperson role, ideally in an industrial or workshop setting.
·A strong commitment to safety and experience with risk assessments.
·Knowledge of AC/DC motor rewinds and flameproof motors (AS 3800).
·Ability to plan and manage projects, including quoting and inspections.
·A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring others.
Qualifications & Skills:
·Current QLD Electrical License (required)
·Relevant Trade Certificate
·Experience with industrial electric vehicle component overhauls (advantageous)
·HVNL Load Manager training (preferred)
·Proficiency in or a willingness to learn systems such as SAP.
·Sound understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Assist tradespeople by positioning and holding metal stock or products to enable work to be carried out;
Hand tools to tradespeople, and hold tools not immediately required;
Perform assembly and dismantling operations, such as screwing and bolting;
Transport tools, materials and work pieces to and from sites or workbenches;

Operate grinders, jack hammers etc as instructed
