UGL Energy and Industrial national business unit is experiencing rapid growth and we need motivated and capable people to join our team. We are looking for experienced Material Coordinators for our upcoming renewable energy projects.
What will a day look like in this role
Implement appropriate purchasing and expediting systems, processes and resources to support sustainment activities;
Support the Logistics Manager and Stores Supervisor on ensuring all supplies are readily available for construction team
Participate in in Procurement Policy and related instruments;
Report to the Logistics Manager on key purchasing and expediting metrics and ensure material spend is aligned to budget.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in Renewable Energy or Utilities projects and able to work autonomously and as part of a team
What would we expect you to bring to the team
Experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement roles
Strong understanding and demonstrated capability in the use of SAP and other ERP systems
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Construction White Card, forklift ticket (desirable)
