As a result of securing a significant new telecommunications infrastructure program, we are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to establish and lead the quality function for this exciting project.
This is a unique opportunity to join a project at the ground floor and play a pivotal role in shaping the quality framework, governance and culture that will support successful delivery from day one.
The Role
Based in our Campbelltown office & reporting, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving project quality systems to ensure compliance, consistency and excellence across project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan, quality processes and document control systems.
Lead quality assurance and quality control activities, ensuring compliance with client requirements and AS/NZS ISO 9001 standards.
Manage audits, inspections, non-conformance reporting and corrective action programs across the project.
Provide quality leadership, coaching and training to project teams and delivery partners.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and quality excellence throughout project delivery.
About You
Experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality leadership role within telecommunications, utilities, construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and AS/NZS ISO 9001.
Demonstrated experience leading audits, compliance activities and process improvement initiatives.
The ability to influence stakeholders and drive quality outcomes across diverse teams.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

UGL Regional Linx was established in 2021, after parent company, UGL Limited was selected to deliver operations and maintenance of rail infrastructure for the Country Regional Network (CRN). This network ensures the safe movement of people and goods throughout the regions of NSW, and links Sydney with many important regional centres.
UGL Regional Linx commenced operations on January 30 2022 and works on behalf of the client, Transport for NSW (TfNSW) and will be responsible for managing an important network of assets. As part of its operation, UGL Regional Linx’s scope of work includes:
• Network operations
• Rail infrastructure maintenance and implementation of a new train control system - UGL’s proprietary system, Sigview.
• Asset and property management, and
• Safety, access, performance, and environmental management.
