To strengthen our Dermatology team, we are looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) Dermatology for the Region Allgäu, Ulm, Augsburg, Roth.
About the Role
As an Health Care Professional Partner (m/f/d), you will help expand the understanding of UCB’s therapy options by building meaningful partnerships with healthcare stakeholders and focusing on patient value. In this role, you will combine scientific expertise with a human-centered approach to support appropriate patient care pathways. You will enable informed decision-making through tailored engagement, sharing relevant information and insights that help improve patient outcomes. Your work will contribute to UCB’s mission of creating sustainable value for people living with serious diseases.
Who You Will Work With & What You Will Do
You will join a gently supportive and collaborative community dedicated to improving patient outcomes. You will work closely with Ecosystem Leads, Medical Science Liaisons, Network Solution Leads, Regional Access Managers, Hospital Access Managers, and Solution Teams within UCB’s integrated model. Together, you will exchange insights, cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, and develop patient-focused solutions that reflect evolving healthcare needs and opportunities.
What does this mean in practice?
· You independently manage selected physician customers in line with the Omnichannel Cycle Plan (OCCP) and conduct sales discussions.
· You are responsible for providing scientific and product information regarding the use, effects, benefits, risks, and ingredients of the products.
· You answer initial general customer inquiries in compliance with the product label.
· You identify new customers and regularly update the target group.
· You plan and conduct compliance-compliant events, including responsibility for territory-related budgets.
· You carry out monthly analyses of territory development and derive appropriate actions.

· Certified pharmaceutical sales representative or a scientific qualification or a comparable qualification
· Sales experience ideally in pharmaceutical field sales, preferably in dermatology
· Proven communication and sales skills
· Experience in independently organizing and conducting commercial events
· Extensive experience in strategic customer development
· Fluent in German, English at basic conversational level
· Willingness to travel and permanent residence within the territory
