The Transportation Supervisor coordinates over-the-road operations to ensure the continuous delivery of ore and materials for plant production. This role involves overseeing personnel, managing schedules, and acting as a liaison between mining, plant operations, and HR.
Candidates must possess a Class A CDL with Tanker and Doubles endorsements, a current DOT Medical Card, and at least three years of supervisory experience in industrial transportation. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and the ability to work a flexible, on-call schedule is essential.
