Perform physical and visual inspections of products and plant systems to ensure quality standards are met. Document results, report findings to management, and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products.
A high school diploma and at least one year of FSQA or quality assurance experience are preferred. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and the physical capacity to lift 40 lbs or more.
As a Quality Assurance Technician 5, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality and plant systems. Your key responsibilities will include:
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a FSQA role preferred or other QA type experience.
Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Will interact with USDA and other points of contact.
Special Skills:
Physical Requirements: Position involves heavy lifting (40 lbs. or more). May include lifting, standing, and walking for long periods of time.
