The coordinator is responsible for identifying and recruiting participant groups from local businesses and community organizations for a robotics AI data collection project. They act as the primary liaison between participants and the operations team, managing schedules and ensuring successful recording sessions.
Candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and use digital productivity tools. Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or community management is preferred but not required.
TSMG is supporting a large-scale Robotics AI data collection project that helps improve artificial intelligence and robotics systems through real-world video recordings. To support this initiative, we are looking for proactive Point of Contact (PoC) Coordinators who will build relationships with local communities and businesses, recruit participant groups, and coordinate project activities.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys networking and working with people.
A successful Point of Contact Coordinator consistently builds strong local partnerships, recruits qualified participant groups, ensures smooth communication throughout the project, and helps maintain high participant engagement and successful completion of scheduled recording sessions.
