  • Identify qualified talent through creative sourcing methods to include passive candidate identification on LinkedIn and Indeed, professional networking, employee referrals, and posted jobs.

  • Conduct in-depth prescreens that help identify best-fit candidates.

  • Follow the recruitment process established in Trilogy’s applicant tracking system (Lever).

  • Successfully execute offers, contingent offers, and Letters of Intent/Letters of Commitment for Key Personnel.

  • Coordinate development of well-written job descriptions with program managers/hiring managers.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring team.

  • Manage and source multiple job requisitions concurrently.

  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes while progressing qualified candidates through the recruitment process.

  • Evaluate all candidates fairly and ensure they meet all minimum requirements of each role.

  • Maintain excellent and timely communication with candidates that are being considered for future or current positions.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years' overall recruiting experience

  • Federal/government contract recruiting experience

  • Proven work experience with online job boards/websites, passive candidate sourcing, and Boolean search techniques

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience in technical, program management, financial, and/or corporate recruiting

  • Effective negotiation and strong candidate closing skills

  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail; the ability to adapt and make decisions based on available information; and the motivation to creatively address recruiting challenges

  • Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software applications

  • Ability to develop a large, diverse, and well qualified applicant pool using multiple angles of approach

  • Adapting to and enhancing a highly collaborative and cooperative culture.

  • Working experience with Lever ATS

  • Previous recruiting experience with federal healthcare agencies such as VA, VHA, VBA, DHA, NIH, etc.

Trilogy’s story began in 2009 when our founders decided to combine the best practices and lessons learned from working across both large and small organizations to launch a new company focused on delivering client-centric, high-quality solutions. Together, these leaders saw an opportunity to create a different type of company with the goal of supporting our Federal clients, with special emphasis on helping our nation’s Veterans. Influenced by two shared work experiences at other organizations, our company’s founders were determined to make the third chapter in their careers the very best it could be. They named this chapter Trilogy. Trilogy was founded with core value system that balances service delivery excellence with a people-centric culture. Building on our foundation of implementing, operating, and modernizing Financial Management systems, Trilogy has evolved to provide our clients and partners with a wide range of professional services via a collaborative, client-first approach to solving their most challenging problems.
