The Plant Manager has complete ownership of overall plant operations, focusing on safety, quality, and production objectives for a pickle manufacturing facility. Key duties include leading continuous improvement programs, coaching team members, and optimizing equipment reliability and throughput.
A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree in manufacturing or a related field is preferred. Candidates must have at least five years of leadership experience in a production or food manufacturing environment.

About the Role:
As a Plant Manager, you will be a key player in shaping a supportive and engaging work environment for the Faison, NC, plant,a manufacturer of quality pickles.
As the Plant Manager, your role will have complete ownership and accountability for overall plant operations with a desire to win. In coordination with the site team, the Plant Manager assures employee engagement, safety, quality, customer service, continuous improvement, cost, and production objectives are met or exceeded. This role involves making strategic recommendations to improve efficiency, safety, throughput, cost reduction, productivity, schedule compliance, and quality.
