The Production Associate supports the production team by inspecting products, packing items on equipment, and handling palletizing and labeling. They are also responsible for maintaining plant cleanliness through trash pick-up and dumping coffee beans.
Candidates should have experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food production, and the ability to follow process documents. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends is required.

The Production Associate role at the Northlake location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 1st Shift, 8 hour shift structure, which operates from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday and Friday (Pay $18.93/hr - $20.01/hr).
