As our Senior People & Culture Manager, you’ll shape the experience of our people from their first interaction with TTG through to leadership development, career growth and everything in between.

The Opportunity

This is a broad and highly visible role reporting to the COO, working closely with our Executive Leadership Team.

You’ll influence leaders, build organisational capability, strengthen our employer brand, and evolve our people practices as we scale, creating a culture where people feel connected, challenged, recognised and proud to work.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Culture & Employee Experience

• Lead employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing and onboarding initiatives
• Champion and evolve TTG's Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
• Foster a connected and inclusive culture across permanent, offshore and client-site teams
• Help make TTG a place where people thrive and love to work
  

Leadership & Capability

• Drive leadership development and learning initiatives across the business
• Manage learning and development programs, platforms and external providers
• Identify capability gaps and facilitate talent and succession planning processes
• Support workforce capability and career growth

Performance & People Governance

• Lead performance review cycles and employee engagement surveys
• Provide trusted HR advice and coaching to leaders on people matters
• Manage people reporting, analytics, HRIS and compliance requirements (including WGEA)
• Maintain fit-for-purpose people policies and support wellbeing and psychosocial risk initiatives

Employer Brand & Attraction

• Bring TTG's employer brand to life through careers marketing and employee storytelling
• Partner with Marketing on LinkedIn and employer branding campaigns
• Support graduate, referral and talent attraction programs
• Strengthen TTG's reputation as an employer of choice

Strategic Projects

• Lead People & Culture transformation initiatives, including AI adoption and automation
• Drive continuous improvement and employee experience innovation
• Support the design and implementation of new People & Culture programs

About You

• Broad experience across People & Culture, HR or HR Business Partnering
• Experience working in a fast-paced, people-led organisation
• A hands-on mindset - you’re as comfortable doing the work as you are shaping the strategy
• Strong initiative and a track record of building and improving things
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Experience across leadership, engagement, performance and capability initiatives
  
• Curiosity about AI and how technology can improve the employee experience and People function
• A commercial mindset and understanding of how people, capability and engagement ultimately impact customers and business performance
• Experience in professional services or consulting, with exposure to high-growth environments highly regarded
