The Product Manager will define and champion the product roadmap for Reality Capture Cloud offerings while acting as a Product Owner in an Agile framework. They will translate customer pain points into innovative solutions and use product analytics to steer strategic decision-making.
Candidates need 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical environment with proven expertise in gathering feedback and prioritizing requirements. Proficiency in Agile environments and JIRA is essential, with a preference for experience in construction or geospatial B2B cloud products.
Are you ready to spearhead the delivery of disruptive, cutting-edge cloud technologies? As our Product Manager, you will drive the strategy and execution for Reality Capture offerings, transforming how the physical and digital worlds connect through innovative roadmap development and seamless customer experiences within our Field Systems segment.
The Trimble Field Systems segment provides solutions to increase precision and productivity in construction tasks by empowering stakeholders to collect accurate information and manage conditions with cutting-edge technology.
Champion the Customer: Conduct deep-dive interviews to translate user pain points into innovative product solutions.
Own the Backlog: Lead as a Product Owner within an Agile framework, prioritizing high-value features in JIRA.
Drive Evolution: Orchestrate critical licensing transitions to ensure seamless alignment across the Trimble ecosystem.
Decide with Data: Harness advanced product analytics to track performance and steer strategic decision-making.
Proven expertise in gathering customer feedback and prioritizing complex requirements effectively.
Hands-on experience navigating Agile development environments (Scrum/Kanban) and JIRA.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Direct familiarity with Reality Capture technologies, workflows, or Digital Twins.
Knowledge of customer success methodologies and long-term value realization.
