The Warranty Administrator is responsible for preparing and submitting warranty claims to manufacturers and tracking them through completion. They also coordinate warranty appointments, manage replacement parts with vendors, and stay updated on factory recalls.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience working with dealerships or OEMs. Prior experience managing the full lifecycle of warranty claims and proficiency with PC-based invoicing programs is required.
We're looking for a Warranty Administrator who will prepare warranty documents, submit paperwork to the manufacturer, and track claims and follow up as necessary. You will also be responsible for scheduling warranty appointments, coordinating with vendors for replacement parts, and keep up-to-date on factory recalls and announcements. This role can be based at any of our dealership locations.
