Build and optimize systems for investment decisions, operational workflows, and knowledge management. Identify organizational bottlenecks and create automations to improve reliability and efficiency across the firm.
Requires technical fluency to build tools and a proven track record of improving systems that others rely on. Must be based in Singapore with strong judgment, communication skills, and proficiency in using AI tools.

Started by one of the co-founders of ExpressVPN, we’re a small, multidisciplinary team building systems that help us think better, move faster, and make better decisions. Our work spans software, data, operations, and investing. As we learn more about businesses, markets, and how our organisation works, we use automation and AI to turn insight into repeatable systems.
As we started expanding the ways in which we use technology for investment decisions - including constructing a systematic, factor-tilted public equities portfolio from strategy to implementation, automated accounting that passes audits, and even venture investing - we need someone curious, thoughtful, and broad in their interests to join us in shaping and building the future.
We’re looking for a mix of engineering chops and investing interest. You might be an engineer who dabbles with your own personal investing, or an investor or operator who has learned to code. The key thing is that you can take ambiguous problems, get to the heart of them quickly, and work with other people to make things better.
You do not need a finance background. You do need good judgement, strong communication, and the ability to use modern tools thoughtfully and effectively.
