Team Manager / Responsable Adjoint.e de Boutique (H/F)
Vos missions
En tant que Team Manager, vous accompagnez le/la Store Manager dans le pilotage quotidien de la boutique. Véritable relais managérial, vous contribuez à la performance commerciale, à l'excellence opérationnelle et au développement de votre équipe, tout en garantissant une expérience client irréprochable.
Retail Excellence –Garantir une performance commerciale d’excellence afin d’atteindre les objectifs de vente et de qualité de service
Déployer et soutenir la stratégie commerciale de la Maison.
Piloter les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs de vente.
Accompagner l'équipe dans la réalisation des objectifs commerciaux grâce à un suivi régulier et un coaching quotidien.
Garantir le respect des standards de vente et d'excellence propres à Tiffany & Co.
Participer activement au développement du chiffre d'affaires et à la performance globale de la boutique.
Excellence opérationnelle – Assurer une gestion optimale des opérations et des stocks
Garantir le respect des procédures et des règles de conformité en montrant l’exemple.
Comprendre et soutenir les opérations de réserve et de back-office.
Veiller à la qualité et à la disponibilité des stocks.
Esprit d’équipe – Favoriser une collaboration fondée sur la confiance, l’intégrité, l’équité et le professionnalisme
Organiser et animer des sessions quotidiennes de coaching.
Informer régulièrement l’équipe des actualités du secteur, des nouveautés de l’entreprise et des évolutions des politiques internes.
Veiller à la réalisation des formations obligatoires.
Animer les briefings quotidiens.
Incarner et promouvoir les valeurs culturelles de Tiffany & Co.
Expérience Client – Offrir une expérience en boutique exceptionnelle
Garantir en permanence les plus hauts standards de l’expérience client de luxe : présentation, comportement, accueil et hospitalité.
Gérer et résoudre les réclamations ou situations sensibles avec professionnalisme afin d’assurer la satisfaction des clients.
Développement de la clientèle – Fidéliser durablement les clients
Développer et entretenir une relation personnalisée avec les clients existants et les nouveaux clients.
Stimuler l’activité commerciale grâce aux principales catégories de produits de la Maison.
Participer aux événements en offrant une expérience client remarquable.
Votre profil
Expérience confirmée dans le commerce de détail, idéalement dans le secteur du luxe, ou dans un environnement fortement orienté vers le service client (hôtellerie de luxe, par exemple).
Expérience en management d’équipe, développement des ventes et atteinte des objectifs commerciaux.
Capacité à intervenir sur différents aspects de l’activité selon les besoins (vente, opérations, gestion des stocks, etc.).
Disponibilité pour travailler selon des horaires flexibles, y compris en soirée, les week-ends et les jours fériés.
Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite ainsi qu’un leadership positif et inspirant.
Capacité démontrée à évoluer efficacement dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.
Maîtrise de Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, des outils de gestion de la relation client (CRM) et des systèmes de caisse (POS).
Esprit d’équipe, capacité à motiver les collaborateurs et à développer un réseau de relations au niveau local et régional.
Autorisation légale de travailler dans le pays où le poste est basé.
Certification en gemmologie reconnue dans le pays d’exercice (un atout).
Expérience commerciale dans le commerce de détail, le luxe ou un secteur orienté vers la relation client.
Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l’anglais ; toute autre langue constitue un avantage.
