The role involves supporting daily HR administrative tasks, employee record maintenance, and onboarding/offboarding processes. Additionally, the assistant will handle office management duties, payroll preparation, and coordination with international teams and stakeholders.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field with up to 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in German, English, and Chinese is required, alongside strong organizational and communication skills.
