The Team Lead is responsible for training new hires, coaching staff, and managing daily operations to ensure team performance targets are met. They must also actively participate in field fundraising and model the standard for the team.
Candidates must have proven experience in face-to-face field fundraising and the ability to lead by example. Strong coaching skills, high integrity, and the ability to manage team operations are essential for this role.

Team Leaders turn individual talent into team strength. You will train new hires, coach performance, run daily debriefs, support operations, and help develop the next generation of Threshold leaders — while still setting the pace in the field yourself. F2F experience field fundraising is required.

40 Team donors per week
$27/hr base pay + bonuses
Bonus structure: Donor #6 earns $100, plus another $100 for every donor beyond that (chargebacks apply).
