The Intake Specialist is responsible for managing incoming calls and interacting with potential clients in a professional and caring manner. They will also perform administrative duties and coordinate with paralegals and investigators to ensure efficient case handling.
Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish with at least 1-3 years of law firm experience. A minimum of 1 year as an Intake Paralegal, preferably in personal injury law, is required.

About the job:
This is a fast-paced team environment that is committed to delivering excellent work and enjoying what we do. The position entails answering incoming calls and interacting with potential new clients over the phone and in person in a caring manner. This involves responding to calls efficiently and accurately, addressing concerns, notifying paralegals and investigators, providing excellent customer service, and performing other administrative duties.
Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday 2pm - 11pm
