Responsible for end-to-end order fulfillment, production, and material planning to meet customer demand. Focuses on improving planning accuracy and operational efficiency through data analysis, AI, and automation tools.
Requires a bachelor's degree in a technical or supply chain field and 3-5 years of experience in production planning within a multinational company. Proficiency in ERP/SAP and data analysis tools like Python or BI is highly preferred.
Responsible for end-to-end order fulfillment, production and material planning to meet customer demand, ensuring planning alignment from customer order through production to shipment, while improving planning accuracy, inventory performance and operational efficiency through data analysis and automation tools. 负责客户订单履约、生产计划及物料计划的端到端管理，确保从客户订单、生产到发货全过程的计划协同，满足客户需求，并通过数据分析和自动化工具持续提升计划准确性、库存绩效及运营效率

支持ERP/MES系统优化
Educational Qualifications学历:
本科及以上学历，机械/电子/自动化/计算机/供应链等相关专业
Experience Qualifications and Skills 经验资历和技能要求:
3-5年跨国公司生产计划或者供应链工作经验
具有实验室设备制造行业或相关行业背景者优先
熟悉ERP或MRP系统（优先SAP）
具备数据分析能力（Excel/Python/BI）
有AI/自动化经验优先
良好的跨职能团队人际交往能力
流利的英语书面和口头表达能力
能够在压力下处理复杂的工作。
